Swimming pools, steam rooms and wet areas
We remove failed or mouldy sealant around swimming pools, steam rooms and wet areas, prepare the joints and apply a pool-grade silicone for a clean, watertight finish. Recently completed at Yarborough Leisure Centre, Lincoln.
Cladding and façade sealing
Cladding and façade sealing helps keep external joints weather-tight while allowing for normal movement between materials. We prepare the surfaces and use a sealant suited to the substrate, joint design and project specification.
Fire-rated sealant works
Fire-rated sealants are installed to the project specification around suitable joints and service penetrations. Product, substrate preparation and required fire performance must be confirmed for each detail before work begins.
Domestic silicone replacement
We remove failed or mouldy silicone, prepare the area and apply a suitable sanitary sealant around baths, showers, sinks, worktops and tiled areas. The aim is a clean finish and a watertight joint.
